There’s no doubt 2021 was a uniquely challenging and tumultuous year for all. However, despite the adversity, it was also a year of great collaboration, optimism, and innovation – as the world stood together in its continued fight against COVID-19 and other urgent, global health issues.

As we start a new year, I wanted to take a moment to look back at last year’s stand-out moments despite its obstacles. For SOURCEitHR, 2021 saw milestone achievements in new products and offerings related to outsourcing, in servicing customers in more countries, and the successful completion of an exciting consulting project.

1. Launch of EOR and PEO services

Building on the success of our payroll outsourcing solutions, we further expanded into Employee of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services to round out our offering and position ourselves as comprehensive HR service providers.

2. Servicing our customers in Morocco and 6 other countries

To further diversify our portfolio and strengthen our network across the region, we began servicing clients in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, UAE, Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan. We will continue to seek regional growth opportunities in the coming year with growth in Iraq, Qatar and Kuwait to better reinforce our regional position.

3. Delivering a successful consulting project that involved seamless integration after an acquisition

One of SOURCEitHR’s unique selling points is that it can go beyond operational HR outsourcing and offer expertise unmatched on the regional level. Giving our clients access to this consulting expertise contributes to SOURCEitHR’s value proposition. We are uniquely poised to offer up our consulting expertise so our clients can go from being efficient to being effective.  Notable projects include Capital Bank where we supported them on their HR transformation journey post acquisition of Bank Audi. We will be publishing regular case studies to further promote our consulting arm of the business.

Empowerment of our team is crucial, and we do this by shaping a diverse and inclusive culture, fostering a sense of belonging, and a workplace that enables everyone to progress.

As we start the new year, I look forward to continuing our work in serving our customers, while bettering the communities we work in, with amazing talent and our partners across the MENA region.
