Looking ahead, I am excited to share SourceitHR’s vision for the next five years – “Together We Grow.” This embodies our internal commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where each team member’s potential is not only recognized but actively nurtured. Equally, and as important, we will embark on this journey by supporting our customers in their continued success and growth, while at the same time, sharpen our focus not only on local growth but also on expanding our footprint regionally. Starting in 2024, we will embark on a new phase of “acceleration”, exploring new opportunities and expanding our services, while at the same time better serving our clients evolving needs. Our acceleration will continue to build momentum in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as our main focus and in alignment with its Vision 2030, while we also continue to explore opportunities in other Arab countries, particularly in the GCC and North Africa.
